Shipping policy

Shipping:
All shipments are sent via Econt. The shipping cost and delivery time are determined according to the courier’s rates.

Delivery Times:

• Within Bulgaria: usually 1–3 business days
• Within the EU: 3–7 business days (via Econt’s partner services)

Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number from Econt.

Duties and Taxes:
For orders outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties and local taxes.

Damaged Shipments:
If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
